Our consultancy is founded by a well established team of colleagues (previously from Andrew Reid & Partners), with a client base of 15+ years. Our wide industry experience and technical expertise has built our trust and a reputation for quality which is reflected in our repeat business. Our services are sought entirely through word of mouth and recommendation from previous satisfied clients; we have never had to seek out new projects.
As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity when working with our clients. Therefore, we prioritise understanding our client’s vision and needs instead of presenting our own, valuing prototypes over presentations. This is established from the outset and throughout a project via direct communication, timeliness, and occasional casual, friendly meetings over drinks or a meal.
We know that planning and avoidance of risk are the key aspects of project success. Project risks include delays, cost overruns, lack of co-ordination and mis-communication. We focus on mitigating and avoiding these risks all together.

We have an accomplished track record, however we ensure to meet each individual project and client’s needs rather than being exponents on design as we know that previous successes may not be relevant to your project.
