Challenges:

Refurbishment of hotel accommodation in a building not designed for hotel use, CJA developed strategies to fit the services in very confined spaces available. No value engineering was required as CJA were briefed to design as efficiently as possible from the start CJA are now resident M&E engineers for the hotel, celebrating 10 years of continuous service
